When I'm on holiday, I like to pack as little as possible, so I need to take pieces that do double duty. I don't want to spend too much time thinking about what I'm going to wear, but of course I want to be cute!
The best way to easily transition from beach-ready pieces during the day, to a sultry dinner-and-drinks outfit in the evening is to treat your swimwear as a stylish base. I created two looks that would be perfect for any warm-weather getaway, with my favorite Old Navy swimsuits as the base. The printed bikini day look is ideal for lounging by the pool, or a day of shopping and sight-seeing. I love it paired with classic denim cut-off shorts and metallic sandals for a playful touch.
The second look is definitely my favorite and is so chic! I fell in love with the deep blue color of the halter one-piece and knew it would be so amazing dressed up! I paired it with pleated shorts in a flowy fabric, killer heels and minimal accessories for an effortless evening outfit. With glowing skin and sleek hair, you could be ready for cocktails in a flash!
