Nail of the Week: @Zoya_NailPolish in Noel & Petra

When I received a sample of Zoya nail color in Noel (a pretty, sparkling blue), I knew it would be the perfect companion to my favorite Zoya nail color in Petra (a slate grey). 

I love Noel as an accent color, don't you?
