It started with nail color, but lately I've been attracted to anything and everything hi-liter neon yellow. Come to think of it, I've loved neon shades since I was a kid putting bright Lisa Frank stickers on my Trapper-Keeper.
I'm currently eyeing this adorable scarf from Gap that's perfect for a subtle touch of neon. (It's sold out online, but it's in stores!)
