The fashion at the Oscar parties is always so much better than the red-carpet - case in point, Ginnifer Goodwin. I'm loving any and everything bright blue at the moment and this is such a stunning look on Ginnifer. I love how her makeup artist added blue and copper to her eyes to pull the look together. So gorgeous!
