One of my favorite no-fail beauty looks is a winged eyeliner and a bright lip, using a liquid liner and a sheer gloss. Lately my go-to gloss has been from Tom Ford (post coming soon!), but I'm dying to try the newest neon shades from Bobbi Brown.
