Over the next few weeks, I'll be styling looks that will get you in the mood for Spring. I've been shopping in the NYC T.J. Maxx locations, and have found so many amazing pieces in store. For my first look, I wanted to go for something I don't do often enough - soft, pastel colors and ultra-feminine details. I knew I wanted a flirty dress that would be perfect for brunch or an early date.
When I spotted this pretty eyelet lace dress in a pinky-coral shade, I knew it was mine! The eyelet details really up the feminine appeal, and the empire waist is so flattering on my curvy figure. I wanted to keep the rest of the look classic, so I paired it with a soft trench I found (on clearance!) and patent nude heels.
For accessories I chose a coral and nude clutch that is spacious enough to hold my essentials without being bulky. I also had these adorable pink aviator sunglasses on hand for that little extra something :)
